While efforts are being taken by Rexarc and our plan provides a safer environment for our team while continuing to serve you with minimal interruption, Rexarc also recognizes and respects that of containment measures by state and federal officials may occur with unpredictable timing.
Here are some things to note in consideration of what to do next regarding your Rexarc acetylene plant:
Proceed with ordering critical Rexarc parts should our shipping capabilities be unavailable.
Proceed with ordering items that you foresee needing over the next 2-3 months so that your order is either processed or will be in line for processing with delivery around the anticipated time of need.
We will continue to process orders on a first-in-first-out with the exception that partial shipments may be made.
Your Rexarc team will be here for you as much as we possibly can through uncontrollable supply chain constraints.
