In these systems, the deaeration section is mounted over the horizontal feedwater storage section or compartment. These deaerator systems assure guaranteed removal of dissolved oxygen in excess of 0.005 cc/liter from 5 to 100% of the capacity of the deaerator. The systems can handle water capacities up to 1,000,000 lbs/hour. We can provide these tray type deaerator systems in different configurations – flanged heater section, standard tank car, and vertical single tank.
These are single horizontal vessels fitted with a deaeration section and a preheating section. They reduce the dissolved oxygen content to 0.005 cc/liter and guarantee 100% removal of carbon dioxide. These deaerator systems can be availed in different capacity ranges and assure low vent losses.
These deaerator systems are known as vacuum degasifiers, and are largely used in applications where there is no scope of heating water to 102 degrees to 104 degrees Celsius due to the unavailability of steam.
