ASME Code Welding Services

The ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) is the comprehensive source that addresses the safety of pressure vessels and boilers. The BPVC provides the guidelines and rules regarding the design, fabrication, inspection, and service of the pressure vessels. Rexarc International, Inc. specializes in the production of ASME coded and non-coded pressure vessels and systems. We carry both ASME “U” and “R” stamps that enable us to design, fabricate, as well as repair ASME coded pressure vessels in-house. ASME code welding is an integral part of our ASME coded pressure vessel fabrication services. Our advanced welding capabilities combined with our vast industry knowledge and talented welding staff enable us meet the complex requirements of ASME pressure vessel fabrication effectively.

Features of ASME Code Welding Services

We believe our commitment towards quality has contributed to our reputation as one of the competent ASME code welding service providers in the US. The following capabilities enable us to serve our clients in the best possible ways:

  • All the welding and machining tasks are performed at our 60,000 sq. ft. production space. Currently, we serve our clients through the following welding services:
    • Submerged Metal Arc Welding (SAW)
    • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
    • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG)
    • Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
    • Gas Tungsten Arc Gas Welding (GTAW/TIG)
  • Our welders are American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and American Welding Society (AWS) certified. Additionally, we have a CWI inspection staff at our facility, who conduct reviews and map the welds according to the ASME code requirements.
  • At Rexarc, we maintain a detailed weld procedure documentation. Our welders utilize heat logs and weld maps to maintain traceability of materials throughout the process.
  • Our quality ASME code welding is applicable but not limited to welding and installation of pipelines for industrial and commercial boilers, portable units, and so on.
  • Our advanced welding efficiencies combined with advanced machining and testing capabilities such as production cutting, sand blasting, mechanical assemblies, and hydrostatic testing enable us to deliver precision-designed ASME code pressure vessels and boilers to our clients.

Owing to all these advanced capabilities, we can efficiently handle all large-, medium-, and small-sized weldments at our facility. To know more about our ASME code welding services, please contact our team today.
