over 70 years of experience in acetylene cylinder filling plants,
Rexarc has become the world’s leader in safe, low cost, high production
design. Rexarc’s Acetylene Cylinder Filling Plant is built to last and
for expansion in the future. Unlike other systems, Rexarc systems can
be expanded with just a few added components. Rexarc provides a
complete system for producing acetylene, from the generator to the
manifolds that fill the cylinders. The Rexarc Acetylene Cylinder
Filling Plant is available in sizes from 50 to 250 m3 per hour. The
acetylene plant is designed to Section VIII of the ASME Codes. It is
also designed to NFPA 51A: “Standards for Acetylene Cylinder Charging
Plants”.

Production capacity based on one shift and 6 kg capacity per cylinder:
Model 72 – 6,664 cylinders per month
Model 54 – 4,998 cylinders per month
Model 36 – 3,332 cylinders per month
Model 18 – 1,666 cylinders per month
